Most of our Basic, Standard, Deluxe, and Luxury Guest Rooms are currently under renovation due to damage from Sandy, These pictures are representative of the rooms, They will have the same general look and feel, but will now have new wood flooring, drapes, furnishings, beds and linens for the 2013 season.

Prices vary during special events weekends. Pines party, Ascension Party, FIBO, etc. No discounts or promotions are available for Holiday or special event weekends.
Reservations & Payment
Payment may be made in any of the following ways:
1 night deposit through Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, by telephone (631-597-6448) or online, the balance paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made not less than seven days prior to arrival.Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require a non-refundable deposit of 1 nights stay. Reservations made on day of arrival will be charged in full.Late cancellation may result in a credit card charge for 1 night’s stay or the loss of deposit.All Cancelations or changes made between 7-14 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 cancelation/change fee.All cancellations and changes prior to 14 days of arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation/change fee. No refunds for early departure, and “No Show”will be charged the full stay.
