A minimum two night stay on weekends is required. Rates quoted are single or double occupancy. Extra persons are $50 per person per night.

Payment may be made in any of the following ways:
50% deposit by certified check or money order, mailed to the above address,
with checks made payable to Belvedere; the balance paid in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made not less than seven days prior to arrival.
Late cancellation may result in a credit card charge for 1 night's stay or the loss of deposit.
All cancellations and changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
